Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM DREYA’S ONLINE SHOP AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Dreya’s Online Shop, ordered from the Dreya’s Gallery website at www.drejanovak.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Dreya’s Online Shop reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Dreya’s Online Shop use Paypal as their online purchasing system.

Dreya’s Online Shop accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in European Euros (EUR) including delivery charges and taxes unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT) outside EU or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All prices may be subject to change.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Dreya’s Online Shop will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Dreya’s Online Shop through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Dreya’s Online Shop has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact the Online Shop via email shop@drejanovak.com.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Dreya’s Online Shop will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Dreya’s Online Shop is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery

All artist editions will be sent to you by courier or post service. Normal delivery time is 8 working days for orders in Slovenia and 15 working days for deliveries within the EU. Delivery may take longer in a few cases in which case we reserve the right to take up to 30 working days to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from delivery times being exceeded.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Dreya’s Online Shop cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once an ordered product is considered delivered responsibility for the product, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If Dreya’s Online Shop are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

Dreya’s Online Shop is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Dreya’s Online Shop is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

We reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing in respect of uncollected products.

 

Returning fault free products

You have the right to return fault-free ordered products without providing a reason, however no later than 14 days from the time of collecting the consignment. Return the products together with a note which products the return concerns. Products returned must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and any original packaging remaining. As the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the products are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. You must pay postage yourself.  Dreja Novak, Digitalni Marketing s.p. will not refund any shipping charges. We will confirm by e-mail when we have received the return and inform you regarding any repayments etc. It usually takes around two weeks from the time goods are returned to us for any repayment to be made. Please, remember to attach your bank account number for repayments.

Ownership and Copyright
Once an artwork is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.

Payment Security
Dreya’s Online Shop uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.com
Dreya’s Online Shop is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Privacy
Dreya’s Online Shop does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

Returns
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Dreya’s Online Shop on shop@drejanovak.com
Dreya’s Online Shop accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
